Torrevieja this weekend: San Roque festivities, 13–16 August 2026
If you are in Torrevieja this weekend, the San Roque festivities are an easy local option without much planning. From Thursday to Sunday there is family entertainment, music, a summer carnival, a paella day and a traditional Sunday finale.

Thursday, 13 August: children's programme and DJ
Thursday starts with a children's Tattoo Party at 19:30. The festival raffle follows at 22:00, with DJ Fredy Vidal from 23:30.
Friday, 14 August: summer carnival and foam party
The summer carnival parade and competition starts at 19:30. Later in the evening, the large foam party begins at 23:30 with DJ LICOS.
Families with younger children will probably find the earlier part of the evening easier; the foam party is naturally the later and busier part.
Saturday, 15 August: paella day
The paella competition begins at 12:00, followed by the large paella event from 13:30. Children's entertainment and prize presentations return in the evening, with Siempre Disco from 23:30.
Sunday, 16 August: procession and fireworks
On Sunday, the festival bar offers a free tapa with each drink between 11:30 and 13:30. Mass starts at 20:00 and the procession in honour of San Roque and Santa Ana at 20:30, followed by the traditional fireworks display.
The official programme closes at midnight with DJ Elías.
Practical note
The festivities take place in the San Roque neighbourhood. If you are going for one specific event, check the city announcement again on the day because local outdoor programmes can still change due to weather or organisation.
