Water sports in Torrevieja: from relaxed SUP to diving and boat trips.

Torrevieja’s official tourism catalogue goes far beyond jet skis. The useful question is whether you want to be active yourself, relax on the water or turn it into a full-day excursion.

What activities are available?

The official overview includes regular Tabarca connections, tourist boat trips, cable ski, diving, windsurfing, sailing, surfing, fishing tourism and paddle boarding. Individual operator pages also cover kayaking, pedal boats, boat hire, jet skis and parasailing.

For a calmer day

Kayaking and SUP are the obvious options if you want to be on the water without making speed the focus. Tourist boat trips are easier if you mainly want a view of the coast rather than a workout.

Tabarca, surfing and conditions

A regular harbour connection to Tabarca can work as a full-day trip, while coastal cruises can be shorter. Turismo Torrevieja specifically mentions La Mata and Los Náufragos for surfing.

Weather, sea state and operator schedules change. Always confirm availability on the day you want to go.

Sources & transparency

For current information, we prefer official primary sources and clearly separate plans from changes that are already in place.
