If you're in Torrevieja this weekend, the San Roque fiestas are an easy local option without much planning. The programme runs from Thursday to Sunday with family activities, music, a summer carnival, paella day and a traditional Sunday finale.
What is happening from Thursday to Sunday
Thursday starts with children's activities at 19:30, followed by the fiestas draw at 22:00 and DJ Fredy Vidal from 23:30. Friday brings the summer carnival at 19:30 and a large foam party with DJ LICOS from 23:30.
Saturday's paella contest starts at 12:00, with the public paella event from 13:30 and Siempre Disco from 23:30. On Sunday there are free tapas with drinks from 11:30 to 13:30, mass at 20:00, the San Roque and Santa Ana procession at 20:30, fireworks afterwards and DJ Elías at midnight.
