Parque La Siesta: 44,000 m² for children, sport, dogs and picnics.
La Siesta is not a decorative city park. It is built around movement, making it particularly useful when children or teenagers still have energy after the beach.

What is in the park?
The official tourism site describes one of Spain’s largest pump tracks with areas for different levels, plus football, basketball, hockey, padel, pétanque, calisthenics, cycle routes and skating areas. The park opened in March 2024.
For children and families
Modern play areas, a climbing wall, a dry illuminated fountain and a small amphitheatre give families several free options in one place. It works especially well as an active afternoon rather than another sightseeing stop.
Dogs, picnics and practical details
There are separate areas for large and small dogs, picnic zones, walking paths and outdoor fitness. The park is listed as open 24 hours. Padel courts require a reservation through Torrevieja Sport City.
