Six coastal areas in Torrevieja again received the Blue Flag for 2026. It is a useful quality signal, but it does not automatically tell you which beach best fits your day.

The six awarded beaches
According to the city, Cala Piteras, Los Náufragos, Playa del Cura, Los Locos, Cabo Cervera and La Mata-Sur keep the Blue Flag in 2026.

Blue Flag does not mean the same experience
Playa del Cura is central and urban, while La Mata offers much more space. Smaller coves create a different kind of beach day, so location and atmosphere still matter more than the award alone.
